User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

Subscription Terms

• Free tier: 50 check-ins, 3 free tools
• Premium: $49.99/year or $7.99/month
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial months/years

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Reverse engineer or decompile the app
• Share your account credentials with others

Intellectual Property

All content in Restorae, including design, text, graphics, and software, is owned by Restorae and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service. You may also delete your account at any time from within the app.

Limitation of Liability

Restorae is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
